Santa Clara

A Brazilian classic with character
Santa Clara is everything you would expect from a high-quality Brazilian coffee – and a little bit more. This 100% Yellow Catucaí is naturally processed, which gives it full, sweet notes and a deliciously creamy body. Think almond, ripe apricot and a hint of vanilla.
Perfect as an espresso, but also wonderful in a cappuccino or flat white.
The story behind the bean
Paulo Afonso de Resende grew up among coffee plants in Minas Gerais, Brazil. After becoming an engineer, he bought his own farm – Fazenda Santa Clara – in 1993 and devoted himself wholeheartedly to growing quality coffee. His engineering background helped him streamline processes on the farm while investing in better working conditions for his team.
Today his coffee is known in the region for its consistent quality and refined flavor profile.
Careful harvesting & processing
The ripe berries are harvested with precision by machines adapted to the ripening rhythm of each variety. They are then dried directly on patios – without contact with water – to preserve freshness and avoid unwanted fermentations.
A controlled drying process in mechanical dryers ensures stability in moisture content and taste. The result? An exceptionally consistent coffee that surprises every time.
