It is our basis for coffee with a taste that we like to describe as "Classic Special", because it brings together simplicity and quality.
Our Brazil is the only one that we roast MEDIUM, for us the most developed of all to satisfy the more traditional palate, but it also bestows a unique sweetness and a creamy taste worthy as a true Specialty Coffee, easily valuable even for a more experienced palate.
